The industrial sector is one of the pillars of the Palestinian economy, and it is one of the sectors most affected by the economic crisis afflicting the Gaza Strip, and finding alternatives and solutions to revive this sector has become an urgent necessity.
To complement the visits made by the Jadwa team, the team carried out field visits to the Federation of the Garment and Textile Industry and the Federation of Wood Industries. During these visits, Dr. Fouad Odeh, President of the Federation of Garment and Textile Industries, and Mr. Mohamed Waddah Bseisu, President of the Federation of Wood Industries, reviewed the crises and obstacles that prevent recovery These vital economic sectors and the measures taken by the federations to meet these challenges.
At the conclusion of the visits, the Jadwa team stressed the importance of the presence of economic consultants and experts alongside the private sector to provide visions and solutions that contribute to facing these challenges.
